Hello. This is Marta. I had no idea I had peri at all. Once I realized what was going on then I made some drastic changes: exercise, healthy eating and stress management. It took 5 years of trial and errors; lots of errors. Here are my hacks: 1. Counseling; no shame 2. Limit alcohol consumption. 3.Exercise. Any is fine 4.Educate yourself on the subject. 5.Eat Healthy 6.Hobbies help 7. Re invent yourself: whatever that means to you. 8.Practice Fasting 9.Eliminate artificial sugar 10.Have SEX So far these have helped me.
