Hey to all, I feel like I am losing my mind. I am 46 and didnt have a proper night for the last 4 years. I don't have any problem falling asleep, but at 2am sharp I wake up, fall asleep again, wake up at 4am again, then again at 5.30ish and so on.
In the mornings I am a wrack and feel like I haven't slept at all.
I considered taking medication, but really don't want to.
Any experiences how to go back to sleep-through nights?
